Snowy Exotics is a pet breeder based in the foothills of The Snowy Mountains, NSW. We have been breeding animals since 2021, with a focus on making the transition from our loving home to yours as easy as possible. We strive to breed the best animals we can, educate their new owners and ensure these precious creatures get the love, care and attention they deserve. Postage & Refunds
POSTAGE: Please note, we do not ship live invertebrates to NT, WA or TAS due to state & territory regulations (but we do ship accessories). All deliveries will be express posted on Mondays to avoid the possibility of live animals sitting in transit facilities over the weekend. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions, or to tell us about the animal you are hoping for.
REFUNDS: Every effort is made to ensure safe travel for all our animals, however in the event they should arrive to you deceased we will happily replace or refund the purchase. This does not include the shipping cost of the order and express postage must be paid for to cover the replacement. We do ask that photographic evidence be provided showing that the animal was deceased on arrival.
